A 38-year-old woman from Tempe, Arizona wanted to go from a small B cup to a small D cup for her 5 feet 7 inches and 152 pound body. Before cosmetic breast surgery, she was noted to have tight creases under the breasts. Both saline and silicone breast implants were good choices for her, but she really liked silicone. She had done a lot of research about silicone breast implants and felt very confident going with FDA-approved silicone gel breast implants to achieve the desired breast surgery results. Her results show her six months after breast augmentation surgery with 425cc silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle and using the breast crease incisions. She now has a natural looking small D cup.
