A thin and petite 34-year-old lady requested breast augmentation for the enhancement of her breast size and shape. She arrived concerned about lack of cleavage and very small breasts. After doing her own research, she requested silicone breast implants because these implants would create a more natural result while reducing the potential for rippling and still give her very large breasts. She stands at 5 feet 3 inches and 111 pounds. We used 425 cc "gummy bear" silicone breast implants with a high profile shape. The high profile, allows her to maintain improved cleavage without widening her chest. She mostly uses a 34 C cup, but also looks great in a 34 D.
