Starting with a AA cup, this 26-year-old woman wanted to establish a better cleavage and a proportionate breast size. At 5 feet 4 inches tall, 133 pounds, she was thin and petite and did not want her breast augmentation to make her look too big so she requested a smaller C cup. She was very concerned that her cleavage was small, flat and too wide apart. For this breast augmentation, we used "soft gummy bear" silicone breast implants sized at 325 cc on each side. She now wears a very beautiful C cup.
