After having kids, this 34-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona developed soft breasts that were slightly deflated and was looking for a mommy makeover. She requested a breast augmentation, using silicone gel filled breast implants, a tummy tuck, and liposuction all in one surgery. Her goal was to add volume back to the breasts. Her hips did not have extra fat tissue so liposuction was not recommended. She desired perkier breasts and to go from a B cup to a full D cup for her 5 feet 4 inches and 125-pound body. During breast surgery, we placed 450cc Moderate Plus MemoryGel breast implants on each side under the muscle. The tummy tuck was performed with no liposuction. Three months after cosmetic mommy makeover surgery, this woman likes her natural results and especially enjoys that her breasts are no longer deflated.
