Concerned about her small 34 B breast, 25-year-old from Scottsdale, Arizona desired to achieve a solid D cup with improved cleavage. She had some mild asymmetry before the operation and slightly different breast implant sizes were offered. She is 5 feet 5 inches and 140 pounds previous to surgery. We used 375 cc moderate plus shaped saline filled breast implants which were placed via the crease incision and under the muscle. After surgery, she demonstrates outstanding symmetry and cleavage with beautiful round breasts. She can wear a 34 DD or a 36 D bra.
