This 34-year-old lady requested breast augmentation from a B to a Full D cup. She wanted to improve her asymmetry because the left breast is smaller than the right. She also wanted a very full upper breast pole. Previous to surgery, she is 5 feet 5 inches and 150 pounds. She is shown six months after breast augmentation with a 470 cc Moderate Plus saline breast implant on the left and a 465 cc Moderate Plus saline breast implant on the right to get her to a full D cup.
