Here we have a 19-year-old lady with very underdeveloped breasts requesting to go from a AAA cup size to a Full D cup. In addition to the small breasts, she has mild scoliosis, a left shoulder that was higher when compared to the right, and an extremely large gap between the breasts. Moreover, the breast volume was tiny and therefore saline breast implants would not work here. To fit her 5 feet 1 inch tall and 110 pound frame better, we recommended silicone breast implants with a high profile shape. The operation was carried out using 425 cc silicone breast implants under the muscle via the crease incision. Almost three months after we saw her, she now wears a 32D cup.
