A nice lady, 33 years old with children and from Paradise Valley, Arizona requested a mommy makeover. She visited us at our Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. After the babies, her breasts became deflated and slightly saggy. She wanted to avoid vertical scars from a breast lift. She requested silicone breast implants to achieve the most natural results possible. She also wanted a tummy tuck, but no liposuction as a combined procedure. She was also found to have almost no extra fat tissue on her body. Therefore, I did not recommend lipo. Her goal was perkier breasts and a full C cup. She was a good candidate for a mommy makeover. Before breast surgery, she was 5 feet 5 inches and 115 pounds. She was wearing a 34 B cup. During breast implant surgery, we used Moderate Plus silicone gel breast implants, 375 cc per side, with both placed under the muscle and achieved a full C cup. We also performed a tummy tuck using a very low incision technique and muscle tightening at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. She is shown 3 months after tummy tuck.
