She had surgery performed at the Greenbaum Specialty Hospital which included an anchor pattern breast lift and implants, tummy tuck and liposuction. After surgery she is 130 pounds and has a smooth and tight tummy without stretch marks. She is shown 3 months after surgery.

If you previously had a FREE consultation then a $100 non-refundable fee for a second consultation is required.
