This is a very nice 46 year old who requested a tummy tuck surgery along with her mommy makeover. She did a nice job losing 70 pounds on her own before deciding to have plastic surgery of the breasts and tummy. When I saw her, her weight had been stable for a long time. She was complaining of seeing a lot of extra skin in the abdominal region that hung down below the belt. I explained this was normal for that kind of weight, but she requested I provide her with a nice looking, flat and tight tummy. I did perform a low incision tummy tuck to remove the hanging skin, repair her muscles and tighten the skin. I also performed my special belly button closure to give her a round and natural appearing belly button. We achieve a nice figure afterwards with a tiny waistline and hourglass shape. The abdominal tissue removed weighed 1.3 kilos. She also did have a breast lift, silicone breast implants and power assisted liposuction.
