Tummy Tuck - Case: 36977
She is 29 years old and was done having children when she noted extra skin in the abdominal region, asymmetry and a "pooch" with looseness. The asymmetry was due to irregular scarring and looseness after multiple cesarean sections. Her goal was a flatter tummy with a reduction in the waistline. She had weak muscles and would require muscle repair to achieve the most flatness. During her tummy tuck operation, I removed close to 1 kilogram of excess fat and skin from the tummy. She was able to achieve a flat tummy with a nice hourglass shape. No power-assisted liposuction was recommended in this case. I did use the most advanced wound closure techniques available to create a thin scar. The before and after photos were taken at 2.5 months since the operation.
