Here we have a very nice 36 year old woman for Carefree, Arizona who requested tummy tuck surgery. She had a consultation with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery center. She and I sat down and discussed her priorities. She was very concerned about the weakness in the muscles. She felt her tummy was protuberant because of this muscle weakness. She wanted me to tighten her muscles with her tummy tuck surgery. I recommended liposuction of the hips and flanks. She had her surgery performed at a certified surgery center and stayed overnight for greater comfort. She made a wonderful recovery from her cosmetic surgery. The tissue that was removed from her tummy weighed over 4 pounds and she had 2.2 pounds of unwanted fat removed using lipo. After surgery, she told me that she is very confident about the way her body looks now and she is so impressed about how strong her abdominal muscles feel after surgery.
