A 44 year old woman from Paradise Valley, Arizona requested a tummy tuck with body liposuction. She also wanted lipo of the thighs, back and bra rolls. She requested that I perform her tummy tuck and liposuction all in one setting. She mentioned how she had wanted a tummy tuck for the past 10 years and that she had lost weight recently. Before the procedure, she was 5 feet 3 inches and 186 pounds. She also wanted to make sure the scars from previous gynecologic surgery would be removed. I formulated a plan for an extended tummy tuck and liposuction of the priority areas. She had her surgery performed at the Scottsdale, Arizona cosmetic surgery center and stayed overnight for greater comfort. She had a total of 1700 cc of additional unwanted fat removed via lipo during the operation. The lipo was performed in the inner thighs. I also did lipo along with the tummy tuck and bra rolls. She is shown 1 year after surgery. She is now 20 pounds lighter than previous to surgery. She appreciates how flat her new tummy is and that her rolls are finally gone.
