This is the follow up on a pleasant 35 year old lady who requested a mommy makeover including a flatter and tighter tummy. Before her cosmetic surgery of the breasts and tummy, a mommy makeover, she had 2 kids and is 5 feet 2 inches and 108 pounds. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible with an hourglass shape and no muffin top. I carried out her tummy tuck with liposuction of the waistline at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery center. The operation allowed for me to remove 1.5 pounds of excessive skin and fat from her tummy. I also repaired her muscle weakness with a suture technique. I placed a pain-reducing pump at the time of surgery. In addition, liposuction was carried out in the love handles and 700 cc of fat (1.4 pounds) were removed. An overnight stay at the surgery center made her even more comfortable. She is seen 1 year after her surgery in the before and after plastic surgery photos.
