A nice 33 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona requested tummy tuck with circumferential liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. This operation is called a composite body contouring surgery. Her goals were to reduce and tighten her tummy, achieve an hour-glass shape and a bigger and rounder buttocks. After having children, her tummy became loose and stretchy. She was now looking for a tummy tuck with a very low incision and then for me to perform fat injection of this fat to fill up her buttocks as one operation. I injected 510 cc of fat into each buttocks. She was able to achieve a natural result from the tummy tuck operation.
