A nice lady, 30 years of age from North Scottsdale, Arizona came to our plastic surgery office in Scottsdale for a consultation. She was dissatisfied with a flabby tummy, stubborn fat pockets, and deflated breasts after 3 kids. She was really concerned about stretch marks in her tummy and the smaller breast cup. Despite a good diet and exercise, her tummy continued to bother her, and her breasts had become small and deflated. She wanted a plastic surgery operation which would create a tight and flat tummy and allow for a full D cup size. Before her tummy tuck and mommy makeover, she is 5 feet 8 inches and 137 pounds. I recommended abdominoplasty, lipo of the tummy and hips and breast augmentation using silicone gel breast implants. She had some mild asymmetry and a different size breast implant was recommended for each breast. Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center with an overnight stay. She had a tummy tuck to tighten the muscles and the loose skin. Her MemoryGel silicone breast implants were placed under the muscle and a 450 cc volume implant was placed in the left while a 475 cc breast implant was placed on the right side. The before and after photos are taken 3 months after plastic surgery.
