For seven years, this 43-year-old lady from Phoenix, Arizona had been thinking of a mommy makeover consisting of a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction and to have it completed in one session. She wanted natural looking results and a solid D cup after breast implant surgery and liked saline breast implants. Before her tummy tuck, she was 5 feet 1 inches tall, and weighed 127 pounds. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her abdomen and stretch marks left from pregnancy. Her goal was to balance her appearance by increasing the fullness of her breasts and tightening her tummy with a tummy tuck.
