A 53 year old lady from Sun City, Arizona was referred to my office by her good friend for a plastic surgery consultation. She sat down with me and discussed her desire for a combined breast lift, breast implant and tummy tuck operation. I saw her at my North Scottsdale medial office. After contemplating the potential to use silicone breast implants, she decided on having a breast lift only and repositioning her breast gland into a higher position while maintaining the same breast size. She decided also on having an extended tummy tuck and liposuction of the arms and thighs. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 5 inches and 187 pounds. She had a tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips, arms, and thighs with a pain reducing pump placed at the time at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery center. An overnight stay at the surgery center made her even more comfortable. She is seen 4 months after her surgery.
