A 34 year old lady from Chandler, Arizona requested tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction at our Scottsdale plastic surgery center. She wanted a mommy makeover, and to complete her tummy tuck, possible lipo, and breast augmentation in one session. She desired breast augmentation and tummy tuck for at least 5 years previous to the consult. She wanted natural looking results and a solid D cup after breast surgery and liked silicone breast implants. Before her mommy makeover, she was 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighed 125 pounds. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her abdomen and stretch marks left from pregnancy. She wished to balance her appearance by increasing the fullness of her breasts and tightening her tummy with a tummy tuck. A 450 cc moderate-plus silicone breast implant was placed using a crease incision. A tummy tuck was performed with a very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were tightened. I performed her cosmetic surgery at a Scottsdale plastic surgery center. No liposuction of the hips and tummy was required to achieve a beautiful tummy tuck result. The hourglass appearance after surgery is due to the muscle tightening. She is shown 4 months after mommy makeover.
