This 46-year-old, 5'4", 133-lb Phoenix patient wanted initially to reduce her breasts and then came back a year later to increase her size with a two stage breast lift with breast implants. Dr. Aldo Guerra performed a first-stage Bilateral Anchor Pattern Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with no breast implants. After a year she came back for a second-stage breast augmentation with 415 cc Natrelle Cohesive breast implants. She went from a C cup to a DD cup. The Anchor Pattern Breast Lift before and after photos are shown 1 year and 2.5 months after the initial surgery.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your in-office consultation or virtual consultation. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in a $100 fee charged to the credit card on file.

If you have already used your free consultation, a $100 non-refundable fee is required for a second consultation. This $100 fee may be applied toward your surgical quote if you proceed with surgery.

Non-Surgical Procedures
A $25 non-refundable appointment fee is required for all non-surgical procedures. Two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid this fee.
