Here we have a 35-year-old mother of three, who had a desire for fuller breasts, requested a breast lift and augmentation. She is 5 feet 2 inches and 130 pounds before surgery. Her surgery included an anchor pattern breast lift and breast implants. A 390 cc Moderate Plus saline implant was placed on the right and left breast. She is shown three months after surgery wearing a D cup and feeling very confident with her new body.
