Here we have a 24-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested breast augmentation and areolar reduction. She wanted to have bigger breasts and had consulted with several plastic surgeons to find the right one. Her goal was to increase her breast size by two cups, from a B cup to a D cup. She chose saline breast implants so that her surgery could all be performed through an areolar incision. Her cosmetic surgery on the breasts was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and she went home to recover. She had 450 cc moderate plus implants placed under the muscles. The areola on both sides was reduced to a smaller size. After her breast augmentation, she is now wearing a full D cup.
