A pleasant 39-year-old from Scottsdale, Arizona came in for a mommy makeover consisting of a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible and a natural looking breast augmentation result to reduce the signs left over from her multiple pregnancies. Her procedure consisted of breast implants placed under the muscle, a crescent areola lift, a tummy tuck and liposuction of the tummy and hips. In each breast, 500 cc saline, moderate plus breast implants were placed. Three months after surgery she has a smooth and tight tummy without stretch marks. At her last visit, she mentioned she is extremely confident with her DD cup breasts and areola crescent lift.
