A 26-year-old lady came in requesting a breast lift and perkier breasts. After having children she was left with a lot of excess skin and deflated breasts, which were her concern. She is 5 feet 5 inches and 130 pounds before surgery. Her goal was to achieve perky breasts that did not look saggy. She had a vertical breast lift and 450 cc Moderate plus saline filled implants placed under the muscle. Here we see her three months after surgery and is extremely happy with her results.
