A nice 20-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona wanted to have a proportional and natural breast enhancement. Her left breast was smaller than her right breast but what really bothered her however, was the saggy right breast. She wanted to have a small D cup after cosmetic surgery that was bigger, but not too big for her small frame. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 5 inches and weighs 125 pounds. Due to her young age, she did not want a traditional breast lift so she opted to go for an areola breast lift only.
She had moderate profile saline breast implants placed with 480 cc on the smaller left breast and 425 cc on the saggy right breast. Both implants were placed under the muscles using a crease incision with a dual plane technique. She told me that she now has all the confidence in the world, because her breasts are nicely proportioned to her body and show much better symmetry. The areola incision for the breast lift has been a source of great satisfaction as it allowed her to have a breast lift without additional scarring.
