A 39-year-old lady came in for a combined vertical breast lift, saline implants, tummy tuck and liposuction of her tummy and hips for her frame of 5 feet 9 inches and 160 pounds. A 450 cc smooth saline filled Moderate Plus implant was placed in the right breast and a 430 cc smooth round saline Moderate Plus implant was placed on the left for better symmetry. A total of 1021 grams were removed from the tummy and an additional 500 cc of liposuction fat removed from the tummy and hips. She is happy with the results of surgery.
