At 5 feet 4 inches and 140 pounds, this 24-year-old Phoenix, Arizona resident wanted a D+ cup size. She is a very nice patient who requested a natural looking breast lift result. Her breast implants were placed under the pectoral muscles. The deflation and sagging of her breasts was caused by pregnancy and breastfeeding. A reduction of the excess fat in the upper breast-axillary region was performed to give her a thinner appearance.
