Standing at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 176 pounds, this 58-year-old resident of Goodyear, Arizona, sought breast surgery. Although our lovely patient considered her breasts too saggy, she was content with her size. We recommended a breast lift, which naturally reduces overall breast size when performed without implants. However, she wished to maintain her DD breasts, so we suggested a moderate-sized breast implant to preserve her volume. We recommended 5th generation soft “gummy” breast implants to enhance the feel of her breasts and restore upper breast fullness. She underwent a bilateral Anchor Pattern Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with 340cc Silicone Boost Breast Implants.
