Standing at 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, this 29-year-old resident of Mesa, Arizona, desired breast surgery. This very nice lady presented with slight breast sagging and small breast volume. A combination of perky 5th generation silicone breast implants was used along with a minimal scar periareolar breast lift technique to elevate the lower-than-average nipple position into a more ideal shape. The chosen breast implants are noteworthy for perking up the breasts after pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent a bilateral Periareolar Breast Lift (mastopexy) with 400cc Moderate High Silicone Boost Breast Implants and bilateral under the breast crease incisions, along with bilateral areola reduction.
