A 38-year-old lady came in for a breast lift and augmentation. Before surgery she was 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighed 155 pounds and was wearing a small C cup. Her procedure consisted of an anchor pattern breast lift with 430 cc Moderate Plus saline filled implants placed under the muscle as an outpatient at Phoenix Surgicenter. Here we see her three months after surgery wearing a very full D cup. She is extremely pleased with her tight and natural looking breast lift and loves her new breast size as a result of her surgical makeover.
