A 29 Yo 5’8” 160 lbs. resident of Gilbert, AZ wanted breast enhancement. As a young mother of 2 children she noticed after the last child that her breasts were no longer perky and had deflated slowly over the years. We confirmed she had developed post gestational breast atrophy and volume loss and recommended silicone breast implants with a small nipple lift for best results. Our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Aldo Guerra performed Bilateral Periareolar (Donut) Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Silicone Soft Touch Extra Full (SSX) Breast Implants using Bilateral Under the Breast Crease Incisions. As she requested a dramatic size change from C to DD+, we recommended 525 cc breast implants. The patient is happy with her results shown 3.5 months after surgery.
