Following a 70-pound weight loss, this 47-year-old 5'5" and 145 lbs Gilbert, Arizona patient sought breast rejuvenation to restore fullness and achieve a higher, rounder breast shape. She underwent an Anchor Pattern Breast Lift with 400cc and 435cc Moderate High Boost silicone breast implants to increase her breast size from a B cup to a full D range. Dr. Aldo Guerra also performed the breast lift surgery with GalaFLEX mesh insertion to provide additional internal support and improve long-term shape retention. Her procedure additionally addressed enlarged areolas for a more refined overall appearance. Breast lift before and after results shown are 2.5 months post-op.
