A very nice 40-year-old lady from Paradise Valley, Arizona desired fuller breasts and requested a breast lift with silicone breast implants. Before cosmetic surgery, her breasts were very deflated and saggy. Her goal was to be a very full D/DD with a nice round shape. Before breast surgery, she was 5 feet 5 inches and 143 pounds. Her anchor pattern breast lift surgery was performed at a local plastic surgery center which included placement of 600 cc high profile silicone breast implants under the muscle.
