Here we see the before and after photos of a very nice 48-year-old lady from Phoenix, Arizona. She requested several cosmetic surgery operations, including a breast lift with silicone breast implants, a tummy tuck and liposuction. Her breasts had become deflated after having children and losing weight naturally. They were asymmetrical and one was slightly smaller and saggier than the other. Before breast surgery, she was 5 feet 6 inches and 170 pounds. She had breast surgery performed at a local plastic surgery center which included an Anchor Pattern breast lift and placement of a moderate plus 375 cc silicone breast implant on the left breast and moderate plus 400 cc silicone breast implant on the right. She is shown 3 months after surgery wearing a D cup and feeling confident.
