A 39-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona requested plastic surgery, after major weight loss, consisting of a breast lift with breast implants. She lost 125 pounds after undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2004. Her weight remained stable for the past 24 months so she wanted to continue improving her figure. She was not happy with deflated and saggy breasts. The weight loss left her with loose skin, flabbiness, and saggy breasts with a loss of the breast size. She wanted her breasts to be DD once again. She wanted a breast lift. We decided on plastic surgery after major weight loss, including a lower body lift and breast lift with placement of breast implants. She chose saline because of the added perkiness. Before surgery, she was 5 feet 9 inches and weighed 174 pounds. Her before and after photos show her at three months after an anchor pattern breast lift using 485 cc moderate plus saline filled breast implants.
