A healthy and active 54-year-old lady requested to have a mommy makeover including a breast lift without breast implants, a tummy tuck and some liposuction. The most important goal for her was to improve her breasts, which included achieving a nice breast lift and improved symmetry. Before cosmetic surgery, she is 5 feet 5 inches and 187 pounds. She had an anchor pattern breast lift, a tummy tuck and liposuction of the tummy, hips, inner and outer thighs, all in one session. The breast tissue was suspended using a dermal technique. Her surgery was performed at a local outpatient plastic surgery center with an overnight stay. She is shown four months after surgery in the before and after photos.
