Here is a 58 year old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested cosmetic eyelid surgery. She also wanted facelift and fat injections to the laugh lines. Her goal was to look younger after cosmetic surgery. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. We discussed several operations, and I listened carefully to her wishes. The plan we agreed on, included a facelift operation to reduce facial aging signs, an eyelid lift to remove unwanted fat and skin from the upper and lower eyelids. Fat transfer to improve the laugh lines was planned. She had surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and stayed overnight for greater comfort.
