A 43 year old woman from Phoenix, Arizona desired tighter arms and more youthful looking breasts. She complained of having "big bat wings" and fatty back and bra rolls. I recommended a posterior arm lift incision which would also remove the additional rolls she did not like. She had two plastic surgery operations at the same time, a breast lift and breast implant placement and a posterior arm lift incision. The incision in the back of the arm is nicely hidden from public view. She is shown in the before and after photos 8 weeks after surgery.
