A 50 year old woman from Paradise Valley, Arizona is shown 9 months after posterior bilateral arm lift, anchor-pattern breast lift and placement of saline breast implants (400 CC). She also had a lower body lift performed as a separate operation. She also had back liposuction to reduce her bra rolls at the time of posterior arm lift. She liked the posterior incision, after I recommended this for two reasons. First, she liked how the incision was hidden under the arm, and second, she liked how the incision flowed nicely onto the chest and armpit and removed the excess skin in that location too.
