This is a 36 year old patient who lives in Phoenix, Arizona. Originally, she had saline breast implants placed by another surgeon which were more than 10 years old. She never achieved the cleavage she wanted with saline. Her saline breast implants also sat too low. She chose to have a breast implant exchange to new 5th generation Natrelle Inspira Cohesive 560cc high profile breast implants, which are perkier breast implants and deliver more fullness to the upper breast. In addition to the breast implant exchange, surgery on the breast implant pocket was performed to create better cleavage and less lateral displacement of the breast implants. She finally achieved her ideal size and fullness with her dream cleavage. She is shown 2.5 months after breast implant exchange surgery.
