This is a 40 year old patient who lives in Peoria, Arizona. Previous to the exchange surgery, this patient had a breast augmentation with older silicone breast implants under the muscle. These held up well for more than 10 years when she requested breast implant exchange to larger and perkier breast implants. In addition, her sagging led to a recommendation for a breast lift with breast implant exchange.
