This is a 52 year old patient who lives in Yuma, Arizona. She previously had silicone breast implants which were no longer the right size for her. She desired bigger breasts and fuller upper breasts without a breast lift. She had a breast implant exchange with the newer 5th generation gummy bear Natrelle Inspira Cohesive 450 cc high profile breast implant on the left and 485 cc high profile breast implant on the right side. She is shown 2.5 months after breast implant exchange surgery.
