This is a very nice 33 year old lady who lives in Glendale, Arizona and consulted with me at my Scottsdale plastic surgery center. She had breast augmentation previously performed above the muscle and wanted to have a more natural result. She requested I switch her breast implant from above to below the muscle. She told me she wanted a D cup and was only wearing a C cup at the time of the plastic surgery consultation. I advised her to increase the size of her saline breast implants during her revision breast surgery. She had breast implant exchange and pocket switch at a local plastic surgery center in Arizona. She is shown 1 year after breast implant exchange surgery. She let me know that her breasts are now very soft, she is wearing a D cup and that she is more confident.
