A 30 year old woman living in Scottsdale, AZ requested a consultation with me at my plastic surgery center located in Arizona. She had saline breast implants placed in 2004 and requested an upgrade to silicone breast implants to increase her size from a C cup to a D cup. She also wanted an improvement in the cleavage area. She has a prominent rib cage previous to her plastic surgery. She is shown 1 year after breast implant exchange using 550 cc Smooth High Profile Silicone Gel-Filled breast implants. She tells me that she has a lot more confidence now and really enjoys having a D cup.
