This is a 48 year old patient from Scottsdale, AZ who was dissatisfied with the asymmetry of her breast implants. On the right side, the patient was bottomed out with a low-set implant. On the left, her implant was contracted which resulted in a high-set implant. By performing a breast implant pocket tightening on the right and scar tissue removal on the left, the implants were brought to a much more symmetric position.
