This 33-year-old 5'7" and 140 lbs Arizona patient wanted fuller breasts and improved implant contour. Dr. Aldo Guerra performed bilateral breast implant exchange with 485cc cohesive silicone breast implants to address loss of upper pole fullness and side rippling while enhancing her breast size from a 36D to a fuller DD+ appearance. The surgery was performed through under-the-breast crease incisions and included a unilateral left wedge excision for additional contour refinement. Her 2.5-month post-op results reveal smoother breast contours and restored fullness.
