Here we have a 43 year old woman who requested breast implant exchange in Scottsdale, AZ. She had saline breast implants placed above the muscle 20 years before she had her consultation with me and developed extremely saggy breasts, with deflation and capsular contracture over time. She requested revision breast surgery of the capsule, a breast lift and a breast implant exchange from saline to silicone breast implants. She upgraded her size by 2 cups using 500 cc high profile silicone gel breast implants.
