At 5 feet 5 inches and 152 pounds, this 42-year-old Gilbert, Arizona resident who enjoyed lifelong large D cup breasts, but noticed increased sagging over the years. She loved her larger breasts, but could not stand the sagging that was getting worse. She requested maintaining her D cup size breasts, while achieving a successful breast lift and areola size reduction. She also requested mommy makeover surgery and a full tummy tuck with rectus diastasis repair and a snatched waistline using the corset muscle tightening technique. Her after photos show her at 2 months after a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Bilateral Anchor Pattern Breast Lift (Mastopexy) / Breast Reduction. Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of the Paraxilla and Flanks was also performed for improved body contouring.
