A nice 38-year-old lady living in Phoenix, Arizona requested a mommy makeover, type 3, at our Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery center. She requested a breast reduction and a breast lift, a tummy tuck and lipo of the tummy and hips. Her goal was to have a much smaller breast cup after cosmetic surgery of the breasts and tummy. She also wanted a flat and tight looking tummy. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds. During breast reduction surgery, we removed a significant amount of breast volume and excess skin to go from a DD cup to a full C cup. We also performed a Wise pattern (anchor) breast lift. At the same time she had a tummy tuck and liposuction performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center with an overnight stay. She is shown 3 months after her cosmetic surgery and she likes her natural looking breast reduction result. She is also wearing a C cup and loves the breast symmetry. She is now 17 pounds lighter than previous to her tummy tuck and lipo surgery.
