Standing at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds, this 46-year-old resident of New Mexico wanted a Mommy Makeover. She traveled a long distance for revision breast surgery and body contouring to achieve a snatched waist. She was unhappy with the results of her previous breast lift and implant surgery and requested higher and fuller breasts.
We removed her 4th generation breast implants and replaced them with fuller 5th generation "gummy" breast implants, simultaneously adding Galaflex mesh scaffold support to act as an internal bra. This successfully increased her from a DD to a perkier and more defined DDD.
We then performed waist-snatching corset muscle plication and diastasis repair, along with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) using the Corset Technique. The procedures included bilateral breast implant exchange with 635cc smooth high-profile silicone boost breast implants via bilateral under-the-breast crease incisions, bilateral inferior wedge excision, bilateral Galaflex mesh insertion, and power-assisted liposuction 360 (PAL), also known as Lipo360.
